Refund Policy

1. Overview

At DivineCast, we strive to provide the highest quality astrology consultation experience. We understand that issues may arise, and we have established this refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our users.

2. Full Refund Scenarios

You are eligible for a 100% refund in the following cases:

• -Astrologer did not connect: If the assigned astrologer fails to connect with you within 30 minutes of payment, you will receive a full refund.
• -Technical failure: If the consultation could not take place due to technical issues on our end (call drops, chat failure, video issues), a full refund will be processed.
• -Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same consultation, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately.
• -Consultation not started: If the consultation was booked but never initiated by either party, a full refund will be processed.

3. Partial Refund Scenarios

• -Consultation cut short: If the consultation ended prematurely due to astrologer unavailability or technical issues, you will be refunded for the unused time on a pro-rata basis.
• -Wrong astrologer connected: If you were connected with a different astrologer than the one you selected, you may request a 50% refund or a free re-consultation with the correct astrologer.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• -Completed consultations: Once a consultation has been completed for the full booked duration, no refund will be provided based on dissatisfaction with the prediction or guidance.
• -User no-show: If you were unavailable or did not respond when the astrologer tried to connect within the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.
• -Prediction accuracy: Astrology is a belief-based practice. Refunds will not be issued because a prediction did not come true or the guidance did not meet expectations.
• -Violation of terms: If your account was suspended due to abusive behavior or violation of our terms, no refund will be provided for pending consultations.

5. Free Kundli Service

The Free Kundli preparation service is provided at no cost. As it is a complimentary service, no refund claims apply. If your Kundli was not delivered within the promised 24-hour window, please contact our support team and we will prioritize your request.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For UPI payments, refunds are typically faster (1-3 business days). For bank transfers and credit cards, it may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive a WhatsApp notification and email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Please include your booking details, payment reference, and reason for the refund request. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing bit22hr@gmail.comwith the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review your case and provide a final resolution within 48 hours.
