DivineCast is an online astrology consultation platform that connects users with verified astrologers for chat, call, and video consultations. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

2. Services

DivineCast provides the following services: (a) Chat consultations with astrologers, (b) Voice call consultations with astrologers, (c) Video consultations with astrologers, (d) Free Kundli (birth chart) preparation, (e) Daily horoscope readings, and (f) Kundli matching for marriage compatibility. All consultations are conducted by independent astrologers verified by our platform. Pricing is on a per-minute basis and varies by astrologer.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use our consultation services independently. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, time of birth, and contact details. Accurate birth details are essential for astrological consultations. Any inaccurate information may affect the quality of guidance provided.

4. Consultation and Payments

Consultations are charged on a per-minute basis. The rate is displayed on each astrologer's profile before booking. Users select a consultation type (chat/call/video) and a duration (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes). Payment must be made in advance before the consultation begins. Payments are processed through Cashfree payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Consultation Process

After successful payment, our team will connect you with the selected astrologer via WhatsApp within 5-10 minutes. The astrologer will then initiate the consultation through your chosen method. If the astrologer is unavailable, we will either connect you with an equally qualified alternative or process a full refund. Consultations are confidential and recordings are not made unless explicitly requested.

6. Astrologer Information

Astrologers on DivineCast are independent practitioners verified by our team. While we verify their credentials and experience, DivineCast does not employ these astrologers directly. Ratings and reviews on the platform are from genuine user consultations. Astrologer availability, specialties, and pricing may change without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

DivineCast provides astrology-based guidance and predictions for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or consultation. Astrological guidance should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users should exercise their own judgment when acting on astrological guidance. DivineCast and its astrologers are not liable for any decisions made based on consultations.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Birth details, consultation content, and personal questions shared during sessions are kept strictly confidential. Your data is used solely for providing our services and improving user experience. We do not share your personal information or consultation details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the DivineCast website including text, images, logos, astrologer profiles, horoscope content, and software is the property of DivineCast and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

DivineCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to reliance on astrological predictions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation in question.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not: (a) use abusive or inappropriate language during consultations, (b) harass or threaten astrologers, (c) share consultation recordings without consent, (d) attempt to contact astrologers outside the platform, (e) use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violation of these terms may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

DivineCast reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
